PSU Trustees Appealing NCAA Sanctions

Oh how dumb can you get? They are appealing the sanctions after the consent decree has been signed. And if I remember correctly if they appeal said sanctions they receive the 4 year death penalty that was originally on the table. Stupid. They better hope to god they know what they're doing, because the 4 trustees involved in this are about to kill PSU football
