Per 247Sports national writer Steve Wiltfong - QB Aaron Bailey, who had an offer from the Irish before Notre Dame landed Malik Zaire, has given his pledge to Illinois.

Not a big surprise here. Illinois is his dream school and he followed through on that. Absolutely huge for their program. They need to start keying in on in state players and keeping them home. Too many surrounding Big Ten schools have come in and poached players because Illinois has been weak.
