I'm interested to see what BK does with this situation. Its a little different than floyds with the assault of an officer. I think BK has to set an example because I am sure the media runs with this one seeing that floyd was in trouble this time last year.

The battery against an officer is not good, and no comparison to Floyd's arrest can be made. Whole other universe. Big time suspension is coming, barring any new developments or charges being dropped.

Obviously, the assault on an officer is a major red flag, but in reality, it is often no more than a push-back, which means it can get reduced. Always depends on the overall circumstances. However, use of pepper spray suggests some degree of resistance or abusiveness, above the ordinary. Just trying to connect some unknown dots here, but it's hard to see how this is going to end well.
