With all the grief TR takes on this board I understand why he was having a drink. South Bend police right on top of the loud music and alcohol near campus - I am sure the population in N. Indiana feels safe now.

Do you honestly think he actually assaulted an officer? I don't. This sounds eerily similar to the incident that led to 41 ND students being detained and arrested after the MSU game a few years ago. Alot of headlines, but no one was ever charged with anything. The reason...alot of SB and Indiana State police misconduct in the way they handled the situation!!!!!!
It's unfortunately true in this country...we give guns and badges to alot of people we shouldn't.

Bye TR...seems like he had a death wish knowing he was going to be replaced at QB...figured this would be a better way out..just another example of his bad thought process...Carlo is probably gone also...these kids are supposed to be smart...I just don't get it...

Carlo with misorderly will get him punished, but he's still around.
Tommy with assault on an officer is done at ND if the charges are true. At the very best for him he's still on the team, but done in the QB race. If they're dropped except the misorderly and underage then it's just about his punishment, a stern talking to and trying to win the job.

I wouldn't be surprised if BK doesn't get the chance. The university office of student affairs will have first say and I don't think they will take battery and resisting arrest very lightly.
