I am new to the boards, I am a big Notre Dame fan just like I assume most everyone on here is. I am new to following recruiting in depth, I must say the staff did an amazing job with the whole process leading up to National Signing Day. I am excited about this years class, though they weren't big in numbers, I feel that the coaching staff is doing a great job filling our needs. I would have liked a few more CB's but you can't complain with the type of talent that they are bringing to Notre Dame. With that said, my family and I just reserved our rooms for the spring game this year at the Hilton Garden Inn on St. Mary's campus, we are coming down friday and doing a little golfing, and then we are going to attempt to do the breakfast with the team, we did it for the first time last year and as a Notre Dame fan it was one of greatest experiences of my life. I am looking forward to the QB battle this season, and from what I have read from other posters it's gonna be a fun battle. I look for Everett Golston to take the starting job. I'm also a little nervous to see what the WR's look like, we have the talent there but last year the team relied on # 3 a lot. If the offense can get it together, cut down the turnovers, and improve the QB play, I think 2012 will be a good year for Notre Dame.
