Spring Game tailgates?

I know its not till April, but just looking to plan my trip. Any B&G brothers planning any tailgates? Would like to drink some brew and meet some of the gang that I read every day. This will be my fourth spring game and I usually hang at the Linebacker and take a stroll up to the book store. Would love to change it up and do something a little more exciting than the usual.

Have tentatively planned my first trip to the Spring Game in over 20 yrs. Not really sure what my camp will be doing that weekend.

Bob, you seem to be the organizer of the board, lets try and get a huge B&G board tailgate going for that weekend. No name tags or anything, just a party for all the fanatics. Plus I would like to try some of these beers that get discussed from time to time. Just a thought.

tentative date via J Sapp is April 21st. Not sure if that is set in stone yet.

We will have a RV full of food and drinks and all are welcome. I will let everyone know were we are parking once we figure that out.

Have a tailgate right infront of gate 10 of the Joyce,
first row of handicap parking. It is the ND lisencing
tailgate, and we will have a couple of guys in from
N.Y. who we met out there 11 yrs. ago (they are a
riot). Usually about 20 people for the spring game,
and between 60 and 80 people for all home games.
Lots of food and plenty of brew.

I have had to miss the spring game 3 years in a row after going from 03-08. This will be my first year back and this sounds like a great idea. I live close to 3 Floyd's if anyone is interested in good brews.

Spring game is 2days before my birthday....not a better way to spend a birthday weekend then at South Bend watching the Irish and tailgating with fellow Irish fanatics if ya ask me.

I live about 15 minutes from campus. Me and sons go every year. Lots of fun. Count me in. Can use my house as kickoff point. Make my wife be designated taxi cab. She loves me.lol
