  • They have hurt us time and again since 1993. Usually, we have had better talent, but they have a chip on their shoulder and you can never count them out.

    1. ND is only 3-4 at Chestnut Hill, and one of the wins (1998) required a goal-line stand after BC had 1st-and-goal at the 1.

    2. They almost always play one of three best games of the year against the Irish.

    3. Spaziani, although he might be gone after this year, usually puts together an excellent defensive plan against ND.

    as to point number 2, BC plays ND like it is it the superbowl... every year. Given when our game is (late in the year) and where it is (Chestnut Hill) we better be ready for this game. I pray we are playing at a high level at this point and are competing for something significant but either way they will be ready for us.

    We need to go out and drop 4 TDs in the first half on this filth.
