Tailgating at ND

  • Looking to see if anybody is interested in tailgating at a few games this year.I have parking passes for the season and would like to put together a few tailgates together and meet a bunch of other fans and have a good time and enjoy this season.

  • I am in Jeffery! I would love to have a place to tailgate and meet other like-minded ND Fans... I met Ed Doyle and his family that way last year and made new friends. Just let me know what to bring and I shall be there! For which lot or lots do you have the passes?

    Ed and his family are classy people that I enjoyed tailgating with last year as well. I'll be around for 3 games and would be glad to stop by.

  • i am in joyce north..I will be there for all the games..And the more the merrier and yes the Michigan will be a long day of stumbling and waiting in line for the bathrooms..

  • My wife and I go to a couple games a year and will be there for the last home game. We don't know anyone who tailgates at the games and normally just walk around. I think what we all need is some type of a banner to place on our vehicles or run up a pole at the tailgate location so that members can identify one another and stop in to say hi. Something official looking.

    I would like to do that for the Wake Forest game as well. You see I bought 40 tickets for that game and I am leading a coach bus trip from Chicago. It is my 4th consecutive year of running the bus trip and the 2nd in a row in conjunction with the Emerald Society of Illinois which is the Irish-American police association. There will be bagpipers for pre- game entertainment. It is a great crew of guys and gals. Maybe we can make that the rallying point that day. Plus we have a bathroom on the bus.

  • I have a flag pole and thats a good idea of the flag..Hope to meet a bunch of BGI fans this year at the games and havin a flag that shows that would invite people to stop by..cant wait to meet all of you rhis year.sure glad i got on this site finally..

  • I am going to be tailgating at the Michigan game, and will be down at the BYU and Wake Forest game. Last year before the BC game I meet up with Ed Doyle and his family, hopefully the Orleans crew will be back in the bend this year.

    It was a great way to finally put some faces to all the posts.

  • Hear ya there GIGA but by 6pm i will be trying to crawl my way into the stadium to watch warm ups so dont think it will be to bad..Cant wait till the season gets started and hook it up this season...TDHD cant wait to meet you and Shamrocknation for the Purdue game then..Brianm do u have a tailgate going on or do you walk around all over?
