I can't fathom thinking about the next coach again. Kelly is the right guy, he didn't forget how to win, after 20+ years of winning at every stop.

At this point in my fan support of the Irish, I simply have no clue. I don't know why, regardless of who is calling the plays, ND seems to manage to literally give away games 3 to 4 times a year.

South Florida is 0-3 in the Big East for crying out loud and they pinned a "L" on ND. I just don't understand. I do believe we have talent that we haven't seen in many years, but USC ran right to the teeth of our D-line and owned us. I know I didn't answer any questions in this thread but I'm kind of in shock. For 17 years we've had an opportunity to make a statement, this game was huge, and ND shit on themselves again, no words.

I'm convinced that this program won't take off until the right QB is running the show. Give BK a couple more years because Everett Golson is the perfect fit. Tommy's done a nice job but he's limited. Dayne is snake bitten. Andrew will make an excellent backup, able to step right in and have no drop off in production. Everett is the real deal, a perfect fit for what BK really wants to do offensely. As far as last night, the players dropped the ball. They looked slow, hesitant and indecisive. Especially the defense. I expected the D line to dominate and they got dominated. Sloppy play cannot be tolerated. Two turnovers and Carlo's boneheaded play = 17 points. Can't do that against a decent team. Will be interesting to see how they bounce back. Practice should be a bitch this week. Let's not give up on BK just yet!!
