Notre Dame Football - 2012 Summer Workout ...

UND.com and Fighting Irish Digital Media have tagged along to a few offseason football workouts this summer. A full feature will be coming later this summer, but here is a teaser as Chris Watt, Kapron Lewis-Moore and Troy Niklas throw up some weight in the Guglielmino Athletics Complex.

I'm assuming those are 45lb plates, no? If so, I think I saw 455 on those bars. Not to mention whatever the chains add. Am I right or is it more?

FWIW -- These boys are pushing over 450 pounds of weight ... add the chains to make it equally as hard throughout the lift from standing to the "hole" and back to the starting position and they're putting work in.

box squats is how I know 'em Jason...they were my favorite. Back when I could actually lift a respectable amount that is. :)
