Exactly...either Kelly is the unluckiest coach in football history or there is something going on. I have no inside information and am no conspiracy theorist, but how many of these absurd negative things have to occur before you wonder what is truly going on in South Bend?

And this is why I always reply that it's an unanswerable question on how many scholarships there are to give in a given year. It's always fluid and there will always be attrition, including transfers.

You can give an educated guess, but transfers and other situations are inevitable.

Nd doesn't seem willing to put up with the drama and coddling of five star recruits. Good for us. Appreciate the integrity. We must also stop day dreaming and begin to appreciate the consistent 5 and 6 loss seasons.

same story here except in the Army. Great experience for a youngster, but you always have a few that are being held back due to a significant other. They are normally depressed and chewing up the phone/computer. Definitely separates the men from the boys.

Have you not read the board today? We were putting up with it and would have continued doing so if AL wanted to stay.
