IMO, he needs a lot of work with on learning how to tackle (Plays too high and does not wrap up well) and shedding blocks. On the plus side, he has real good size, speed and agility for a LB. IMO, he looks like a better fit for a 4-3 OLB then a 3-4 ILB.

This kid is a pure athlete , and could play on either side of the ball. He seems very instinct whether at LB or RB. At LB as he grows and gets stronger, I think we could be talking about a Brian Cushing type guy. Tall, rangy and explosive
