Rockne's Roundtable

For the most part voluntary workouts mean a date with Paul Longo. They also mean 7 on 7's the rest of this semester and when they return in the summer. I'm pretty sure the coaching staff has given each player a list of things to focus on, guidelines for workouts and some weight and endurance goals. Now is the time we'll see how much discipline the players have.
