Ed Cunningham and Mark Jones should be fired. They made false or inacurate statements at least 10 times. I Thought we played lousy and they were way worse. Only compounded my misery. Awful,awful,awful

That cunninham character was horrible. The whole coverage was pretty crappy. They had Ethan Johnson starting, Floyd was a junior...did love the shots of golic when mike jr came in.

Notre Dame barely won over a far inferior team.. if you want to get mad ,get mad at the Irish and Kelly, the guys in the booth had nothing to do with it

To be honest, this was a C-level game in the grand scheme of things. Notre Dame is Notre Dame so there will always be viewers but they aren't ranked and they were playing a Wake Forest team that not too many people even care about. ESPN put one of their C-level (good argument for D-level) crews in for this game. Not too surprising.

I will say the whole broadcast/game atmosphere was very dull. I'm usually pacing the room in games like this but last night I just sat there and watched. I even grabbed a bottle of water at one point in the 1st half instead of a beer which is unheard of. (I quickly went back to beer because I thought I jinxed ND)

Ho-hum game, Ho-hum play but at least I got a good night sleep last night.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought ESPN did a terrible job last night. On the one hand, I'm happy they air away games like this, so I get to see ND play, on the other, listening to their announcers is nearly unbearable.

You guys noticed too? I have the TV muted when there were not plays going on the entire second half. It was ridiculous. Just let stuff go..

I watched the first half of the game in a bar and couldnt hear the game, but when they showed the two clowns calling the game I wasnt too upset that I couldnt hear the game, the radio was pretty bad.

Crickey doesnt have a clue on how to call radio games, he called a number of first downs that were actually 2 and 4, Touchdowns that werent, and the best of all when Wake attempted the kick, he say, "a booming kick straight ahead and its goo he missed it, Notre Dame catches a break" I turned the Wake broadcast on in the car and found that more enjoyable.

Cunningham has a lot of false ideas that he continues to spew on ESPN anytime they turn his mic on and tell him to talk ND. Guess I should be happy the DVR failed to record the game, I wont have to listen to all that crap
