Some of the best music of all time were written about women.....Barbara Ann, Susan, Peggy Sue, Angie, Lucille, Dizzy Miss Lizzy, Maggie Mae , Black Betty, Sheri, Whole Lotta Rosie, Layla, Delilah, Billie Jean, Carol, Laurie, Tell Laura I Love Her, Oh Caroline, Beth, Lay Down Sally, Annie's Song, My Sharona, Come On Eileen, Gloria, Dear Prudence, Come On Marianne, Kate, Lady Jane, Iris, Suite Judy Blue Eyes, Lucy In The Sky, Eleanor Rigby, Alison, Victoria, and Oh Yoko....just to name a few off the top of my head. Did I miss any?

I don't have to google that info. I have been a student of music since the late 1950s. I even thought of a couple more after I posted my original list (Mandy and Jane). Anybody who knows music and has half a brain can do the same. Evidently, you cannot. That's OK. I'm sure you have other Batman qualities.

If I remember correctly, "Mandy" was written by Scott English and the fact that it was written about his dog is a myth. I would assume it was written about an imaginary lover.
